Simodis Insecticide is a Syngenta product for agricultural use. It contains Isocycloseram 9.2% w/w DC, also represented as Isocycloseram 10% w/v DC. It is a broad-spectrum, contact insecticide used for crop pest management.

Simodis Insecticide is used against jassids, red spider mites, shoot and fruit borer, leaf feeder, DBM, yellow mites, thrips, fruit borers, bollworms, gram pod borer, spotted pod borer, leaf miner, leaf feeders, semi loopers, girdle beetle and stem fly. It is recommended for brinjal, cabbage, chilli, cotton, red gram, groundnut and soybean.

Method of Application

Apply Simodis Insecticide as a foliar spray using a knapsack sprayer or any other suitable sprayer fitted with a hollow cone nozzle or any other suitable nozzle.

Best Time to Spray

Spray Simodis Insecticide when insect pests reach the Economic Threshold Level. Do not spray during windy weather, during hot hours of the day, when foliage is wet, or when rain is expected.
